In today’s fast paced life, we move with the ticking of the clock. And in doing so, we get so involved with our daily chores that we forget to relax and be calm. But we need to understand that we can continue working like this only till we are absolutely healthy because a healthy mind stays in a healthy body. And if we are physically or mentally unfit then our work is bound to get affected. So let’s take a vow that we’ll stay fit, mentally as well as physically. And if we find it hard to take out time to go out and exercise, we can always keep ourselves fit with the easy to do yoga postures. Keep exercising, keep enjoying!
